Sommelier Debbie Warner, founder and brainchild of Wild Wine Club, has designed something wonderful – and I’m so delighted to partner with her in the running of these events.
Wild Wine Club hosts monthly gastronomic adventures, discovering wine in beautiful, and sometimes unexpected, locations around Cornwall and beyond. Guests chefs will join the club to create incredible experiences. Working closely with wine producers and vineyards. Adam Banks, is the in-house chef who is well-versed in setting up outdoor kitchens and uses local, seasonal and occasionally foraged food – with each course designed to complement the hand-picked wines.
